마노뿝방가마 담마 Manopubbangmā dhamma
마노셋타 마노마야 manosetthā manomayā
마나사 쩨 빠산네나 manasā ce pasannena
바사띠 와 까로띠 와 bhāsati va karoti va
따또 낭 수카만웨띠 tato nam sukhamanveti
차야와 아나빠이니 chāyāva anapāyini.
마음은 모든 법의 근본이 되어
주인으로 모든 일 시키는구나.
착한 마음을 가지고
말하거나 행동하면
평안과 행복이 뒤따른다
