7. He who lives looking for pleasures only,
his senses uncontrolled, immoderate in his food,
idle, and weak, Mara (the tempter) will certainly
overthrow him, as the wind throws down a weak tree.

감관을 수호하지 않고
식사에 알맞은 분량을 모르고
게을러 정진이 없으면
바람이 연약한 나무를 걱어 버리듯,
악마가 그를 쓰러뜨리리.
