산속의 동굴도 아니다.
악행의 과보를 피할 수 있는 곳은
이 세상 그 어디에도 없다.
Neither in the sky nor in mid-ocean,
nor by entering into mountain clefts,
nowhere in the world is there a place
where one may escape from the results of evil deeds.

산 속의 동굴도 아니다.
죽음을 피하고 다스릴 곳은
이 세상 그 어디에도 없다.
Not in the sky, not in the midst of the sea,
not if we enter into the clefts of the mountains,
is there known a spot in the whole world
where death could not overcome (the mortal)
