This mind of mine went formerly wandering about as it liked,
as it listed, as it pleased; but I shall now hold it in thoroughly,
as the rider who holds the hook holds in the furious elephant.
마음 집중 수행을 기쁘게 행하여
자기 마음을 잘 다스려라,
늪 속의 코끼리가 자기 힘으로 늪을 빠져나오듯
너희도 번뇌의 늪에서 스스로 빠져나오라.
Be not thoughtless, watch your thoughts!
